I rise to congratulate and to thank the newly inducted life members of what was in 1975 the West Heidelberg Community Health and Welfare Centre and today is the Banyule Community Health Service.

I rise to congratulate the local community on their perseverance, support and hard work in seeing two level crossings removed on the Hurstbridge line and the reopening of train services last Friday.
